About
The Kolache Bakery was founded in League City, Texas in 1994, by Pat & SuSu
Brisco. They were later joined by their 2 little baker boys, Bob & Charles.
Pat's mother owned the original "Kolache Bakery", located in Spring Branch, Texas,
on the Northwest side of Houston. "Our recipe is the Old World recipe, originating
in Czechoslovakia ".

Our selection of sausage kolaches offers a big variety, such as :
Plain Sausage, Sausage and Cheese, Sausage w/ Cheese & Jalapeno, Country Polish Sausage and Ham & Swiss
Just to name a few. We have them in small and large sizes.
