Kolache Factory – A Great Business Idea
I ate breakfast this morning at a Kolache Factory here in Louisville. Kolaches are wonderful. They are basically yeast rolls stuffed with breakfast or lunch stuff. They are easy to eat on the go and don't give you "donught stomach" because they aren't as heavy. If any of you are looking to start a business, I would suggest looking into this company some more. I don't know anything about the financials, or what it takes to open a franchise, but they have a fantastic product, which is a good place to start.
